Obituary of James Alfred Charno

On Saturday, April 8, 2023, our beloved father, James Alfred Charno, age 91, of Lakeville, MN, passed away.

He is survived by his children, Bruce (Joett) Charno, Randi (Bruce) Henning, Lauri (Chris) Robinson; five grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Jim was a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy from 1952-1980, a pilot on the Intrepid during the Korean War. After active duty and reserves he worked as a manufacturers rep. For many years he drove the ferry on Lake Harriett.

Friends can honor him with contributions to a charity of their choice. No services to be held at this time.
