Newton, Bruce O., Sr. Age 88 of Orono passed away June 23, 2018. Born in Worcester, MA. Longtime commercial realtor for Sambo’s, Perkins, AmericInn and multiple corporations. Preceded in death by his wife, LaVay; daughter, Carol (Jim) Peck; sister, Leslie. Survived by children, Terry Anderson, Dan (Roberta) Anderson, Bruce Jr. (Marilyn), Scott (Wendy) and Jim (Lisa); 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, June 27th, 10:00 am at Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Avenue South, Edina. Visitation one hour before service. Reception to follow service. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Disabled American Veterans. He was a devoted, generous husband, father, grandfather, friend, who will be greatly missed.
