David Harrington

Obituary of David Olin Harrington

Harrington, David Olin, passed away peacefully on Sept. 19, 2016 through the arduousness of cancer. He spent his last days as a gentle soul surrounded by family and friends cherished as a son, brother, cousin, and loving friend by many. The sacred lands of Big Bear Lake were a favorite for David coupled by his affection for snowmobiling, four-wheeling and exploring the beauty of many trails in the wilderness with his loved ones at the cabin. It will always be a place of serenity, family fun, and a splendid place of memories for all. The last ride was his birthday weekend wheeling to the Lookout Bar near the headwaters of the St. Croix River. He enjoyed every moment, in particular, the closeness and love of his sister Molly and father Jim. They both adored him like the piercing night sky of stars looking down upon Big Bear Lake any given evening. David is preceded by his mother Judith Mary Olin-Harrington; Grandparents Harold and Barbara Olin, Pat and Gertrude Harrington; Uncle, Jerry Harrington; and loving cousin Kristin Honor Olin-Schifsky. He will be survived by his father James Harrington and partner Liz Tracy, sister Molly Harrington, aunts and uncles, and many cousins and friends from all over the planet. All of their love now reunites in Heaven together peeking upon all of us with love and peace. Memorial Gathering 5pm to 7pm on Monday, September 26th at Mancini’s Char House, 531 7th St. W, Saint Paul (651-224-7345) Memorials will be accepted by David’s family for his favorite charities.
