Lucille Baskin On Saturday, October 8th, 2016, after 105 years of a life well lived, Lucille passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Lucille was born in Hendricks, Minnesota to Ole and Valborg Nordlokken. Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, Lloyd Baskin, children, Jack Baskin and Beverly Pearson, great grandson, Clayton Webb, as well as many other beloved friends and family. Lucille’s legacy will continue to live on through her grandchildren, Roxanne Ford, Robin (Gary) Brown, Pam (Randy) Webb, Nick (Suzie) Pearson, and Melissa Pearson, 10 great-grandchildren, as well as 8 great-great grandchildren; many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A long-time resident of Minneapolis, Lucille was a proud member of Central Lutheran Church for 92 years, and loved spending her time outside gardening. She enjoyed daily happy hours and said peanut butter was the secret to longevity. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 15th at 3 pm at Central Lutheran Church, 333 South 12th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55404. Visitation 1 hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Central Lutheran Church or donor’s choice.
