Obituary of Muriel S. Brink

Muriel S. Brink, age 76, of Eagan, MN, passed away peacefully at home on October 9, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents Maulius and Mildred Brink and brother-in-law Ronald Salo. She is survived by Diana Yee, sister Margaret Salo, niece Debra (Rex) Stacey, nephew Mark (Joanne) Salo, great-nieces Mandy (Brad) Carlson and Keagan Salo and great-nephews Tony (Rachel) O'Brien, Kyle O'Brien, Dylan O'Brien and Jack Salo. Muriel was a leader in the study of food and nutrition throughout her career and retired Professor Emeritus from Cornell University in 1997. Memorial service on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gramercy Park Cooperative, 1669 Yankee Doodle Road, Eagan, MN. Visitation one hour prior to service.
