Obituary of Phyllis Irene Mulligan

Phyllis Irene Mulligan, age 86, of West St. Paul, passed away June 30, 2018. Preceded in death by parents, Frank and Gazelle Spartz; brother, Frank; sister, Ruth Ann and husband, Paul Mulligan. Survived by brothers, Warren and Jim; children: Jerry, Linda, David and Joyce; grandchildren: Michelle, Anessa, Jerrid and Julia and great-grandchildren: Tylor, Owen and Trevor. Phyllis enjoyed growing flowers, country and western music and cooking. Our dearly loved mother put her family before herself and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Memorial Service 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7110 France Avenue South, Edina. Visitation one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
