Obituary of Arthur Ross

ROSS, Arthur W. “Bill”, age 85, of Minneapolis, passed away on November 14, 2016. Veteran, United States Army. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 57 years, Eldoris “Toots”; many nieces, nephews, relatives and good friends. Memorial Service 11am Saturday, December 3rd at Elk River United Methodist Church, 1304 Main Street, Elk River with visitation at church 1 hour before.
