Orstad (Lopicka), Anne, age 91, of Lino Lakes, previously of New Hope, passed away on November 15, 2016. Preceded in death by her children’s father, Herb Orstad; daughter, Linda Gaetke. She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Nancy Butter (Bob), Susan Klepinger (Steve), Polly TeSlaa (Kevin); 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Sophie; many relatives and good friends.
