Obituary of Ivan Soren Dam

Born September 16th 1937 on Tyler MN. He enlisted in the Navy after graduating High School. He married Carol Kunshier in 1964. He worked as a machinist specializing in designing and creating prototypes, but also as a foster parent and many other roles in the childcare system as needed. When he retired he enjoyed growing grapes and making wine from them, gardening, and woodworking. 

He is survived by his wife Carol, four children Eric (Katrina) Craig, Charles and Kristen, one granddaughter, Kayla and 5 siblings Margaret Willardson, James (Edna), Sylvia Jacoby (George), Paulette Halstad (Al) and Arnold (Prescilla).

He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother-in-law and one niece.
