Obituary of Jack C. Pratt

Jack C. Pratt, age 75, died peacefully at home in Hopkins, MN surrounded by his family on December 5, 2016 after living with cancer for two years. He was born February 3, 1941 and grew up in Crookston, MN before moving to the Twin Cities. He served his country in the Navy, and served his hometown community as a police officer for 30 years. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, and survived by his wife of 49 years, Susan; sons, Michael and Sean; his three nieces; a nephew; a sister; three grandchildren; and their families. Memorial service Tuesday, December 27 at 11 AM at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 715 Minnetonka Mills Rd., Hopkins, MN. Visitation one hour prior. Luncheon to follow. Memorials preferred to: Gilda's Club Twin Cities, Gethsemane Lutheran Church, Open Arms MN, or Methodist Hospital Hospice.
