Obituary of Dale Robin Koski
Dale "Slim" Robin Koski, 51, of Duluth, Minn., formerly of Proctor, Minn. passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2016 at the University of Minnesota Hospital in Minneapolis, with his oldest daughter Torie by his side.
He was born to Edward and Elaine Koski in Duluth on April 29, 1965.
He attended Proctor High School, Class of 1983. He was lucky enough to have his greatest hobby as a career, working as an auto body technician, most recently at Colin's Collision in Hermantown. He loved fishing, agate picking, antiquing, watching football and hockey, all of which he enjoyed doing with his family. His most prized possession is an '83 Hurst Oldsmobile, which his family hopes to restore in his honor. Anyone who knew Dale would say he was truly a great man with a heart of gold.
He was preceded in death by his father Edward and mother Elaine; two brothers, Melvin and Dean; and infant sister Susan.
Dale is survived by daughter Torie Koski, daughter Jerney Koski, companion of 15 years Amy Olson and her son Devon Vanderwerff, brothers Edward and Roger Koski, and many close friends and extended family.
VISITATION: 2 p.m. until the 3 p.m. service Friday, Dec. 30, 2016 in the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4100 Grand Ave., Duluth.
