Obituary of Lisa Colbert

Lisa Colbert, age 61, passed away peacefully on Thursday January 5th with family and friends at her side after a short battle with cancer. Lisa is survived by her husband, soul mate, and love of her life, James Colbert of Chanhassen, MN, her brother, Richard Reblin of Parker, CO, her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Larry and Yvonne Colbert of Marietta, GA, and two nieces Laura Colbert of Atlanta, GA, and Rebecca Colbert of Marietta, GA. She is also survived by her beloved golden retrievers, Tess and Tucker. In addition to her family, Lisa is survived by her second family, The Scott Family, in whom she was "adopted" as a fifth daughter and sister, and by her four best friends forever (bffs), Heather Froehlich, Audrey Haag, Barbara Schmeichel, and Robin Winterfeldt. Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, Austin and Jocelyn Reblin, her stepfather, Arthur Dearborn, her mother- and father-in-law, Eleanor and Jay Colbert, and four of her furry golden retriever companions, Molly, Casey, Tanner, and Cali. Services will be held on 01/13/2017 at 1 pm at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, Chaska, MN (3675 Arboretum Drive, Chaska, Minnesota). In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Animal Humane Society, The Fourth Angel Cancer Patient and Caregiver Program, or a charity of your choice.
