Obituary of Ann M. Johnson

Ann M. Johnson, 88, of Duluth, passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Franciscan Health Center. Ann was born in Willmar, Minnesota on June 14, 1928 to Clarence and Emma (Dickson) Danielson. She graduated from Willmar High School and was united in marriage to Eldon Johnson in May 1948. Ann was primarily a homemaker who took great pride in her family and home. She will be fondly remembered for her quiet warmth and gentle nature. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Eldon; two sons, Mike and Danny and brother Jim. Ann is survived by her children Tom (Pam) of Two Harbors, MN, Connie (Glen) Bartels of Cary, N.C., daughter-in-law Deb Johnson Fahrendorff of Plymouth, MN and son Rick (Deb) of Duluth, MN; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sister Marjorie Lief; brother Roger (Doreen) Danielson; sister-in-law Phyllis Danielson; brothers-in-law, Vernie (Grace) Johnson and Harry (Mary) Johnson as well as many extended family members and friends. Gathering of family and friends will be held from 2-5 pm on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Cremation Society of Minnesota 7110 France Ave S, Edina, MN.
