Hexum, Jodi Kay Age 53, of Chanhassen, MN. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 8, 2018. Preceded in death by her father, Barry Humphrey and step-father, Nick Tucci. Survived by husband, Jeff; children, Tyler (Megan), Max, Josh and Nathan; granddaughter, Olivia; mother, Diane Tucci; mother and father-in-law, Les and Barbara; sister-in-law, Stacy Lundberg; brothers-in-law, Matthew (Tammy) and Marc (Kerri); many nieces, nephews, relatives and good friends. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
