Obituary of Charles F. Sharp

Charles F. Sharp, 85, of Duluth, Minn. passed away on Friday, Jan. 20, 2017 at Viewcrest Health Center. Charles was born on the family farm in Verndale, Minn. on April 27, 1931. Charles served in the U.S. Army and was a retired Guardsman. He was also an avid bowler. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife Diane. Charles is survived by his son Win (Lory) Sharp of Hermantown, Minn.; grandchildren Nina and Christopher; and many extended family members and friends. VISITATION: 9 a.m. gathering of family and friends until the 10 a.m. memorial service Friday, Jan. 27, 2017 in Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4100 Grand Ave., Duluth, Military Honors provided by the Duluth Honor Guard.
