Obituary of Dennis Dean Jenson

Dennis Dean Jenson, age 70, of Edina, formerly of Waterloo, IA and Fayetteville, AR, passed away January 22, 2017. Dennis was a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and he is a retiree of the John Deere Corporation. Dennis was a loving father, son, brother and friend. He will always be known for his bright smile, loving eyes full of life and his strength to never give up hope. It is with this that he created a harmonic synergy full of good will and heightened positivity. He will be missed beyond words. Preceded in death by son, Christopher Jenson and parents, Everett and Lila Jenson and brother-in-law, Estle. Survived by daughter, Andrea (Jeremy) Barrett; granddaughters, Sierra and Isis Barrett; sister, Judy Mason and nieces and nephews: Scott (Cindy) Mason, Brad (Theresa) Mason, Connie Boldt and Kim (Jason) Knittel. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 10, 2017 at the Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave. S., Edina with memorial service beginning at 11:00 a.m.. Interment with full military honors ceremony will follow at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
