Savarino Quinn Garcia Born June 2, 1961 and joined heaven on February 3, 2017. Loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle & mentor. Preceded in death by his parents Hope Dupuis & Louis Garcia and siblings, Lisa; Allan; & Louis Garcia. Survived by stepfather James Dupuis; wife Mandy Garcia; son Savarino (Alicia), daughters Marqeta & Olivia, grandchildren Savarino III; MarcLouis; Devon; Damian; Jayce & Janaya, brothers James & Dewey and many nieces, nephews and others whom he has mentored throughout his years. A celebration of his life will be held at the Croation Hall, 445 2nd Ave So, South St. Paul, on Saturday, February 11, 2017 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm with a service honoring him at 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
