Obituary of Hazel M. Sippo

Hazel M. Sippo, 87, of Duluth passed away Friday, Feb. 17, 2017 in St. Luke's Hospice, Duluth. She was born Jan. 8, 1930 to Eino and Marie Suonvieri. She was united in marriage to Arne Sippo on July 2, 1953. Together they raised two children, Gary and Judy. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arne; daughter, Judy Anderson; sisters, Helen Tveit, Myrtle Lindquist, and Evelyn Rachunek; and brother, George Suonvieri. Hazel is survived by her son, Gary (Kathy) Sippo; grandchildren, Dallas Anderson, Camile Anderson; sister, Ruth (Stanley) Moe; brother, Roy (Marian) Suonvieri; and many nieces and nephews.. A special thank you to her caregivers and staff at Chris Jensen Health and Rehabilitation Center, where Hazel resided for the last 10 years.
