Obituary of Jennifer Kay Lambert

Jennifer (Jenny) Kay Lambert, age 48, of Minnetonka, MN passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.

Jenny is survived by her two loving sons, Jeremy (Manda) Horton and Jason Horton (Ashley Heidmann); sister, Michelle Lambert-Thurber (Tom Thurber); nieces, Alexys Ziemke (Dillon Maher) and Haley Ziemke (Noah Ewals); granddaughters, Jessa, Bralynn, and Hazel. Many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert Lambert, Roger Johnson, Betty Johnson, Berwin Gregerson, Janet Gregerson, Alma Gregerson; parents, Charles Lambert and Pamela (Lambert) Thompson; grandson, Jaxen Horton.

Jenny attended Bancroft Elementary, Folwell Jr. High and North Las Vegas High School. Jenny received her bachelors from Hennepin Technical Institute of Minneapolis, MN. Jenny lit up every room with her smile, her laughter was contagious. She loved hard and cared deeply. She was like the northern star, shining so bright, guiding everyone’s way. Jenny was a role model for so many of us, she will be deeply missed, but we are very blessed in the time we have had with her.

Jenny enjoyed traveling, volunteering, gardening, crocheting, arts and crafts, running, golfing, being outdoors, and taking Mia to the dog park. Jenny was a big supporter of the Boxer rescue. Her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her family and friends.

In honor of Jenny, please wear vibrant colors to celebrate Jenny. The Celebration of Life will be held on March 19, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave. S., Edina, MN 55435. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family.
