Obituary of Ruth Evelyn Rogers

Age 86 of Mpls. Passed away unexpectedly on January 31, 2023. Born in Redwood Falls, MN. Ruth retired from Mpls. Public Schools after 30 years. Preceded in death by husband, Leland “Doc” Rogers; grandson, Trevor; parents, John and Myrtle; brother, Gordon Pedersen. Survived by children, Rex (Dominique) Rogers, Cheryl (Rob) Medley and Christa (Bob) St. Mane; loving grandmother to Dan (Feliza), Whitney, Matt, Blake and Morgan; siblings, sisters, Donna Mae Gimmestad and Mary Schmidt; brothers, LeRoy, Lloyd, Robert, and Albert Pedersen; sister-in-law, Pat Pedersen; many special nieces and nephews. Memorial Service Thursday, February 9th, 11:00 am with visitation starting at 10:00 am at Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church, 5025 Knox Avenue South, Mpls. 55419.
