Obituary of Diane D. Matalamaki

On January 28th, 2023 Diane D. Matalamaki (71) of Elk River, MN passed
away peacefully in her home following an ALS diagnosis in October,
2022. The last few months of her life were filled with family and
friends sharing stories of her life and remembering her smile and
laughter.

Diane was preceded in her death by her husband (Steve Matalamaki);
parents (Raymond & Orpha Schorr); mother-in-law (Joyce Matalamaki), &
brother (Ronald Schorr).

She will be remembered by her daughters, Julie (Matt) Ostrander, Katie
(Mark) Hulbert; grandchildren, Olivia, Ella, Ryan, Andi, and Taylor;
siblings Connie Dutton, Jerry Schorr, Janet (Mac) Harned, Nadine (Jim)
Ferlaak, and Dan (Ann) Schorr.

A celebration of life will be planned for March 5, 2023.  The family will
release details in the upcoming week.
