Obituary of Cheryl Coffin

Coffin, Cheryl (O’Dowd) Sweetness left this earth Monday morning, February 28th, 2017. Cheryl battled cancer for two plus years. She is preceded in death by parents, Joy and A. H.; mother-in-law, Mary; brother, Michael (Judy). Survived by husband, Stephen; daughter, Kristin (Doug) and Naomi, son, Andrew; granddaughters, Tenley and Tanith; brother, Coby (Nancy); sister, Jacquie (David). Cheryl was raised in Grand Rapids and Edina, graduated Edina High School, Normandale College first dental hygiene class. 45 year dental hygienist. Raised her family in Bloomington. Volunteer extraordinaire when it came to her children and granddaughters. Friendly and outgoing she enjoyed her work and interacting with her patients. She was a very loyal friend and cared deeply and loved everyone, family, friends and patients. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 7th 2:00 pm at Normandale Hylands United Methodist Church, 9920 Normandale Blvd, Bloomington, MN. Visitation one hour prior to service.
