Obituary of Debra Joan Liffrig
Debra J. Liffrig age 69 of Anoka passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on 1/21/2023 from complications of pneumonia. She shared her humor, wit, and strength with us until the end. She left this world with courage and dignity. Making her wishes known so we could confidently transition her to comfort care. Aunt Debby had a heart of gold. To know Debby was to love her. Her brilliant blue eyes radiated the love in her heart. She will be remembered for the love she unconditionally shared, her devotion to the Vikings, and endless “Debbyisms”. Our hearts are broken, but we believe in the promise of everlasting life and have hope that we will see her again one day. Debby was predeceased by her father, Joseph Liffrig; mother, Phyllis Liffrig; twin, David Liffrig; sister in love, Sandy Liffrig, as well as countless other dear friends and relatives. Debby is survived by her siblings, Jerry (Janet Abdallah) Liffrig and Jimmy (Celia) Liffrig; niece and nephew, Brooke (Greg) Moore and Brandon (Alanna) Liffrig; grandnephew and grandniece, Maverick and Quinlyn Liffrig, and many cousins and friends. Please join us for a Celebration of Life on 2/18/23 from 4-8pm, commemoration at 5PM, at The Mill Site, 111 Harrison St, Anoka, MN. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred. A special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and ICU staff at Mercy Hospital who took extraordinary care of Debby.
