Obituary of Marian C Quarve

Quarve, Marian C. (Dedrickson) Age 87, of Minneapolis, MN. Passed away peacefully in her sleep under a full moon on March 12, 2017. Marian was employed as a secretary in the law department at Medtronic, bringing her love of talking with people and spike heels with her every day. In her retirement, she loved lunching, visiting the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum and listening to her friend, Dean sing in the Apollo Male Chorus. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Vernon; parents, Ole and Katie; brothers, Patch and Ervie. Survived by daughter, Julee “Dood”; granddaughters, Mara (Jeff) and Talla (Eric); great granddaughter, Isla (due July 2017). A party in her honor will be held on Sunday, April 9th at 11 AM at the Point of France Social Room, 6566 France Ave S., Edina. Lunch, cocktails and social to follow. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.
