Obituary of Judy Lee Davidson

DAVIDSON (Peterson), Judy Lee, Albertville, born in Carlton, MN on 3/30/1944, and entered God’s Kingdom on 3/12/2017, due to a stroke in 2011. Judy grew up in Fergus Falls, MN, teaching Sunday School, playing in an accordion band, and part of the Class of ’62. Judy, married her roller skating “Buddy” Chuck Davidson on May 15, 1965. They lived & worked in the Twin Cities, resided in White Bear for a few years, and for over 24 years, operated Davidson’s Sand Lake Resort, at Sturgeon Lake, MN, raising three sons, retiring in 2002. Judy was preceded in death by Parents, Leon & Irma Peterson; Sister, Leona Williams; Brother, Donald Peterson; and Sister in-law, Nancy Thorson. Judy will be deeply missed by her husband of 52 years, Chuck; sons, Scott (Judy), Brian (Kindra), Jeff (Amy); sister, Carol Bong; sister in-law, Jerri Peterson. Judy is also survived by five Granddaughters, two Grandsons, a Great Grandson; many cousins, nieces and nephews. For the last five years, eight months, and five days, Judy had received the finest in care at Guardian Angels Care Center in Elk River. There will be a Celebration of Life for Judy on Saturday, April 1, at 1:30pm at the Guardian Angels Care Center, 400 Evans Avenue, Elk River.
