Obituary of Duane R. Hilleman

Hilleman, Duane R. age 73, of Eden Prairie, Minnesota joined his Heavenly Father on Tuesday March 14, 2017 with his family at his side. Duane is survived by his wife Pamela (Padellford), daughter Melanie (Adam) Huhta, sons Matthew (Natalie) Hilleman and Monte (Stephanie) Hilleman, three granddaughters, Madelyn Huhta, Ella Hilleman and Sadie Huhta, two step grandchildren, Neil Knudel and Chloe Knudel, sisters Donna Hille-man and Phyllis Johnson, brother Paul Hilleman, eleven nieces and nephews, and many dear friends and close business associates. He is preceded in death by his parents, Reuben and Mabel Hilleman and a niece, Lisa Hilleman. Duane the Train will be lovingly remembered as a grandfather extraordinaire, CEO of his businesses and his family, fisherman and golfer without equal, RV-driving, ad-agency-running, mad-men-living entrepreneur, teacher of his children, father figure to many, and devoted husband of 54 years. The family will welcome visitors Saturday, March 25 at 1 PM with funeral service at 2 PM, Mayflower Church, Mpls.
