Obituary of Carol J. Anderson

Carol J. Anderson, 78, of Plymouth, Minn., formerly of Duluth, went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, March 24, 2017, while at Solvay Hospice House. Carol was born Oct. 9, 1938, in Bemidji, to Emil and Blanche Anderson. She was a 1956 graduate of Denfeld High School and worked at Walgreens in West Duluth for many years before moving to Plymouth where she worked at Cub Foods. She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father George V. Nystrom. Carol is survived by her brother, Kenneth D. (Ann) Anderson, of Duluth; half-sister Cheryl Nystrom of Plymouth; nephews Steve (Michelle) Anderson of Duluth and Brent Anderson of Superior; great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittany, Thomas, Joel and Morgan; very special friends Judy (Gary) Hughes of Duluth and Marlene Benson of Superior; many other relatives and friends; and her bunny, Jilli. The family is grateful for the wonderful care and comfort received at Solvay Hospice House.
