Obituary of Jerome T. Olsen

Jerome (Jerry) T. Olsen passed away on March 26, 2017 at his home in Bloomington, MN. Jerry was born on May 13, 1968 to Tom and Mary Olsen. He graduated from Roosevelt High School and went on to attend the University of Minnesota. Jerry was a brown belt in karate and some of his many hobbies included building rockets, paddle boarding and playing guitar. He is survived by his mother, Mary Olsen, of Eagan, brother Tim and Jessica Olsen of Waconia, nieces Kylie, Courtnie, and nephew Jack of Waconia, grandfather Paul Anderson of Burnsville and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Tom Olsen, grandparents Everett and Audrey Olsen, grandmother Joyce Anderson. Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 1 PM to 5 PM at the Cremation Society of Minnesota 4343 Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, MN. There will be an open microphone session beginning at 3 PM for anyone who wants to share memories of Jerry.
