Obituary of Robert L. Chauvaux

Chauvaux, Robert L. Age 91, formerly of Ford City and Kittanning, PA, passed into the presence of his Lord on April 3, 2017. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Robert was a kind, gentle, patient man who enjoyed the quiet of the outdoors. He was a WWII Veteran of the US Navy and served in the Pacific culminating in Okinawa. He is a graduate of St. Vincent’s College then worked as a case worker for the Commonwealth of PA until his retirement. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 66 years, Rovena and siblings, Rose, Helen, Jules and Patricia. Survived by daughters, Linda (Gary) Zigo, of The Villages, FL and Pamela (Patrick) Kullmann, of Bloomington, MN; grandchildren, Julie, Matthew and Bethany; great grandsons, Sebi and Rocco and Victor the dog. Robert will be interred at Lawn Haven Cemetery, summer 2017.
