Obituary of John C. Sullivan

John C. "Jack" Sullivan, age 81, of Minneapolis (formerly of Burnsville and Lakeville), died April 7, 2017. Devoted husband, dad, grandpa, friend, teacher and coach. Preceded in death by wife Nancy, parents Norvell and Joyce Sullivan, step-mother Dorothy Sullivan and son John Sullivan. Survived by son Jim Sullivan (Kathy), grandchildren Jake and Amy Sullivan, brother Bob Sullivan (Judy), nephews Bill Sullivan (Colleen) and Tom Sullivan (Patti) and many loving friends and relatives. Memorial Service Wednesday, April 19 at 11:00am at Hosanna! Lutheran Church - Chapel, 9600 163rd St. W., Lakeville, MN 55044. Visitation 10-11am.
