Obituary of Jacqueline Marie VanSlyke
Jacqueline Marie (nee Zietlow) VanSlyke passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 20, 2017. Preceded in death by Patrick VanSlyke Sr. Survived by son Patrick Jr. (Jennifer Engman), and daughter Cindy (Eric) Bergquist; grandchild Steven Bergquist; brother Jim (Lynn) Zietlow; and many other loving relatives and friends. She loved her dog, Mopsie. Memorial gathering 1:30 – 4 PM, Saturday, April 29th at Cremation Society of MN, 1979 Old Hudson Rd, St. Paul, MN, with a Memorial Service beginning at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
