He is survived by his two daughters, Therese (Scott) Gilbertson of Shoreview and Deborah Kohs of Duluth; grandsons Jacob and Caleb; sisters Joanne (LeRoy) Chiovitte of Hermantown; Lorraine Lindberg of Coon Rapids; Eleanor Strong of Federal Way, Washington and several nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Dr. Mikhail Perlov, Dr. Nils Arvold and Dr. Joseph Howard and the staff at The St. Luke's Regional Cancer Center who compassionately cared for Richard. A private memorial service is planned. Arrangements by the Cremation Society of Minnesota. Memorials preferred to the Richard Kohs Memorial fund at the Enger Park Golf Course.
