Obituary of Jasper William McLaughlin

Jasper William McLaughlin Most beloved Son, Brother, and Friend Jasper William McLaughlin, 24, died suddenly on Monday, May 1, in Santiago, MN. Jasper was residing in Zimmerman, MN. Jasper was born April 12, 1993, in Princeton, MN. Jasper graduated from Princeton High School in June, 2011. He had briefly attended St. Cloud State University. In high school as well as recently, he had worked at the Santiago Country Store. He had also worked for Allied Barton and Bailey Ray’s. Jasper is survived by his parents, Patrick McLaughlin of Corpus Christi, TX and Kathryn Kemple-McLaughlin of Zimmerman, MN; grandparents, William McLaughlin of Houston, TX and Phyllis Berckhemer of Corpus Christi, TX (formerly of Monticello, MN); Siblings, Garrett, Justin and Magnolia McLaughlin; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Samuel Kemple, Beatrice and Orval Grow, and first cousins, Samantha Nelson and Andrew Kemple. Memorial Service & Fellowship will be Friday, May 12th, at 5:00 pm at the Princeton High School PAC in Princeton, MN. To help with family expenses, a Benefit for Jasper McLaughlin has been set up at TCF Bank in Elk River.
