Obituary of Jeffery Lawerence Johnson

Jeffery Lawerence Johnson, 66, of Wrenshall, MN, passed away Monday, May 15, 2017, surrounded by his family. Jeff was born in Duluth, MN, Nov. 27, 1950 to LeRoy and Elaine Johnson. He worked for the DM&IR Railroad for 33 years. He served in the US Army, stationed in Germany, during the Vietnam War. Jeff was united in marriage to JoAnn Vadnais on Sept. 7, 1990. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and with family and friends. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Sue Johnson. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn; children, Paul and Jeff (Tara); step-children, Bob Muccilli, Ron (RaeAnn) Muccilli, and Chuck Muccilli; and grandchildren, Cooper Johnson, Gabby Muccilli, and Dan MacMillan. The family would like to thank Dr. Nikcevich and the Essentia Hospice staff for the wonderful care given to Jeff.
