William Cook

Obituary of William C. Cook

"Wild/Big Bill", 62, longtime South Range area resident, succumbed to complications sustained from a stroke and heart attack on Friday, May 26, 2017, in St. Luke's Hospital Duluth, MN. He was an entrepreneur and avid outdoorsman who enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, and motorcycling. His love of music provided many hours of mentoring and enjoyment to people throughout the area. It was his biggest hope to live a life of truth, empathy, kindness, and gratitude so whenever anyone spoke his name it would be with respect. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED: Known by many; loved by all. He is survived by loving family; a multitude of brothers', fellow musicians, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Jon. In honor of Bill's organization and attendance, there will be a special Sunday Funday Jam Session at Wasko's Bar & Campground on July 9th beginning at 5:00 p.m. (8441 South County Road P, Lake Nebagamon, WI)
