Obituary of Mary Ann Keehn-Ahrens

Keehn-Ahrens, Mary Ann "Mac". Born 11/24/1932, passed away 6/2/2017. Longtime standing member and past Madam President of the Eagles Airie #34. Volunteer for Volunteers of America. Retired caterer. Preceded in death by loving husband Dick E. Ahrens and children's father William P. Keehn. Survived by children Terri, Mike, John (Carrie), Shelly, Nancy (Kenny), Chuck (Jenny), Mark and Bob; stepchildren Gary (Shelly), Steven, Kathy, Colleen; nephew Jay Sandberg of Madelia, MN; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; pet Mr. Pugsley Flom; best friend Nancy Stormoen-Layeux. Mac was a wonderful mother to all, she was hard working, had a smile a mile long and she would help anyone out at any time. Mom was a favorite in the neighborhood, she had acquired a milk dispenser. The neighborhood kids would run from the back door, through the kitchen, to get a dixie cup full of milk, proceed to run through the living room, out the front door. Mom, you will be so missed! Private interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at later date on Facebook.
