Obituary of Laverne Peterson

Peterson, Laverne “Pete” Age 86, of Bloomington, MN. Passed away on June 3, 2017. Pete enjoyed many activates that included golf, bridge and lunch with many friends. Preceded in death by wife, Vee Peterson; sister, Carol Hamre; brother, James Peterson. Survived by his beloved Aussie daughters, Junine (Kaina) Keala and Jennifer (Brad) Rider; grandchildren, Nalu and Kalei Keala; brother, Donald (Gayle) Peterson; sister-in-law, Eleanor Peterson; many loving nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Memorial gathering from 4-6 pm on Monday, June 19th at the Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave S., Edina, MN 55435. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor’s choice.
