Obituary of Audrey Christine Cloutier

March 14, 1927 - June 4, 2017 Loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Audrey C. Cloutier, 90, of Duluth, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Aftenro with her family by her side. Audrey was born to William and Christina (Lamont) Gerber in Duluth, Minnesota. Early on she was runner-up for the Duchess of Duluth and served as a flight attendant for Duluth Airlines. Later she worked as a cashier for Zelda Restaurant downtown, Minnesota Power and Light and Halvorson Trees. Family was very dear to Audrey and she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She also passed down plenty of wise advice to her children. She was preceded in death by her husband Bud; parents, Bill and Christina Gerber; mother-in-law Hazel; daughter-in-law Barbara; siblings, Bill (June), Bob (Caroline), Victor (Mary), Herb (Gayle), Daisy and Violet (Joe) with nieces, Honey and Bertha. Audrey is survived by her children, Harley Jr. (Vicki), Lance, Darcie (Dave) Kilsdonk, Kevin (Shari), Caroline (Mike) Thurston; 8 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren as well as many extended family members and friends. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the extended family at Aftenro. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2 pm until the 3 pm memorial service on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Cremation Society of Minnesota 4100 Grand Ave. Duluth, MN.
