Obituary of Jason Zak

Zak, Jason R. Age 42, of Edina, MN. Passed away on June 6, 2017. Beloved son of Ronald and Juli Zak. Also survived by sisters, Kristine (Roger) Richardson and Kelly Zak; special uncle, Kurt Hendrickson; niece and nephew, Emelia and Michael Richardson; many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. A private celebration of life will take place in July. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor’s choice.
