Obituary of Janice M. Heinen

Janice M. Heinen, age 64, lifelong resident of Duluth passed away peacefully Sunday, June 11, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital, with her loving family at her side. Janice was born May 14, 1953 in Duluth to Robert and Bernice LaFont. She loved camping, her pet dogs but especially time spent with her grandkids. Janice was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Heinen; her parents; and her brother, Douglas LaFont. She is survived by her daughter, Tammy (Joel) Dowell; four grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Ashley and Justin "Shorty"; three great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
