Obituary of James Lee Rouleau

ROULEAU, James Lee , age 59, of Clear Lake, Minnesota, passed away June 16th, 2017 doing what he loved most - riding his Harley with the wind in his face. He was longtime Anoka County Assessor and former employee of Viking Sprinkler. Preceded in death by his parents, C.J. and Virginia Rouleau. He will be deeply missed by his daughter, Amber Hallett (Casey); grandchildren, Wray and Harper Hallett; sister, Roxanne Rouleau; many relatives and good friends. Visitation and Gathering Sunday, June 25th 1030am-11am with Celebration of Life 11am at Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7835 Brooklyn Boulevard, Brooklyn Park (763-560-3100).
