Phillip H. Johnson, age 87, of Bloomington, MN, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2017. Born and grew up in Minneapolis. Served in the U.S. Army. Retired Blue Cross employee. Preceded in death by his parents and brother. Survived by wife of 64 years, Margaret; sons, David and Paul; three grandchildren.
