Shirk, Joseph "Jeff" Age 74, Apple Valley, peacefully passed away on 6/30/17. Survived by loving wife of 46 years, Judy and beloved father to Jason (Marietta), Ryan (fiancée, Karen), Melissa (Dan) Endres, Proud Grandpa to Matthew, Alexander, Zak, Kalli, Luke and Olivia. Also survived by special in-laws, cousins, nephews and nieces. Private service planned at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Our Lady of Peace Hospice, St. Paul, MN and Bethlehem Lutheran Church (20270 Iberia Ave., Lakeville, MN).
