Obituary of Donald Frederick Kasbohm

Donald Frederick Kasbohm, passed into Eternal Glory on July 6, 2017. He was the beloved son of Frank and Mary Kasbohm. Preceded in death by his dear sister-in-law, Joan Kasbohm. Survived by his best friend and loving wife of 47 years, Marietta; his two sons, Donald B. (Meredith), Daniel F.; his grandsons, George, William, Henry and Charles; his brothers, Robert (Donna) and Thomas; their grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A graduate of DeLaSalle High School, St. Cloud State University and the University of Minnesota, Don was a former grade school teacher, securities broker and analyst, and real estate investor. A multi-sport athlete in his youth, Don stayed engaged in athletics and exercise for his entire life. Please omit sending flowers. Memorials may be sent to one of Don's favorite charities: MCCL, Sharing and Caring Hands, Mother Teresa's Sisters of Charity, Shriner's Hospital for Children, or SMILE-Doctors Without Borders. A celebration of Don's life will take place at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church of Edina, 5701 Eden Avenue.Visitation: Monday, July 17, 6-8 pm.Visitation: Tuesday, July 18, 10 am.Catholic Mass: Tuesday, July 18, at 11 am.
