Obituary of Shirley M. Hofstedt

Age 85 of Brooklyn Park Long time resident of St. Terese at Oxbow Lake. Passed away peacefully July 9th 2017 in the presence of family. Preceded in death by parents Nick and Fran Johnson and the love of her life husband Stan Hofstedt. Survived by brother Neil (Jan) Johnson, children Barb (Scott) Gresback, Sandy (Dave) Kauer, Dave Hofstedt; special friend Christi Ries, grandchildren Nick (Lindsey), Jason, Casey (Missy) and Michael; great grandchild Wyatt. Shirley was a great mother, grandmother and good friend. She will be greatly missed. A private service will be held. Shirley’s family would like to thank American Heritage Care Center, Hammond, WI for their care and compassion during Shirley’s brief stay.
