Obituary of Ethel Naslund

Naslund, Ethel 80, passed away peacefully from lung cancer on July 29, 2017. She is survived by her husband Roy of 59 years, daughters; Cheryl Douglas (Jim), Pam Solberg (John), Kristen Proulx. Grandchildren; Erik Solberg (Amelia), Michael Solberg, Jake Solberg (Vanessa), Greg Douglas, Jeff Douglas, Andrew Proulx and Janelle Proulx, Great grandchild; Isabella Solberg, brother, Herb Taylor, sister, Joan Taylor, sister-in-law Edna Rude, nieces and nephews. Her love for life and spirit will live in the hearts of her family. Ethel was a lifelong, compassionate volunteer in schools, churches and her community. Her talents and love will be missed by many. A celebration of life service will be held on August 31st at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 12650 Johnny Cake Ridge Road, Apple Valley, MN at 11:00 AM with visitation at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be given to Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church or the donor's choice.
