Obituary of James Robert Ruben

Ruben, James Robert Age 58, died on July 31, 2017 in Edina, Minnesota. James was born to Ruth P. Ruben (Eden Prairie, MN) and the late James H. Ruben. James was the third child of 6, Jacqueline (partner David Fields), Robin (Mark Costello), Valerie (James Reeves), Abra (Edward Cohen), Adam (fiance Manda Schaan). James is also survived by 3 nephews, Micah, Jude, and Symon; his loving uncle Robert Pasik (Green Bay, WI); aunts Virginia Pasik and Maureen Pasik; many cousins. James was smart, funny, a great cook, and loved sports - especially golf. James loved and lived for his beautiful macaw, "Awesome," and was her devoted caretaker for the last 20 years. Private burial in Chicago, Illinois. In Jim's memory, donations may be made to maars.org (bird rescue). Rest in peace Jimmy Ruben
