Obituary of Elaine F. Rich

Born July 11, 1927 to Anthony and Frances Elias; entered into eternal rest on August 20, 2017. Elaine graduated from Denfeld High School in 1945. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary, Silver Beaver Gun and Trap Club She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Peter Jr and granddaughter Leah Rich. Elaine is survived by children; Peter III (Emilie) of San Antonio, Paul (Nancy) of Florida, Anthony (Karen) of Duluth, Susan of North Carolina, Andrew of Iowa and Frank (Jaylene) of Mead Colorado; grandchildren Natalie, Mark, Clea, Ryan, Bret, Michael, Adam, Matt, and Shawn; great-granddaughters Elizabeth, Olivia and Myles; and sister Evonne Boril Elaine was an avid golfer and won a number of tournaments at the Silver Bay Golf Course. She passed her love for the game on to several of her sons. Elaine loved to cook and was the best "non-Italian" Italian cook according to her family. Her potica was second to none.
