Obituary of Charles Reynold Hoffmann

Charles Reynold Hoffman, age 77, of Plymouth, passed away unexpectedly on September 9, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Phyllis Hoffman and his sister, Susie. Chuck is survived by his wife, Barbara; children, Jonathan (Cynthia), David (Kim) and Marc (Kristin); grandchildren, Melanie, Marcus, Davis and Sophia. Chuck served in the USAF and graduated from the University of Minnesota. He will be dearly missed by everyone he knew. A Celebration of Life service will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church on Thursday, September 14 at 1:30 p.m., with a gathering immediately following the service, 19323 Minnetonka Blvd., Deephaven, MN 55391.
