Obituary of Patricia Anne Bryan

BRYAN (Nelson), Patricia Anne, age 65, of Ham Lake, passed away on September 22, 2017 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Former employee of Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation with a longtime career in Social Work. Preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Jane Nelson. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 31 years, Warren Bryan; their children, Matthew, Alex, and Daniel; sisters, Sue (Richard) Sheff, Nancy Nelson, Janet (Steven) Sawitzke; many relatives and good friends. Celebration of Life 12:00 PM October 2, 2017 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, 19001 Jackson Street NE, East Bethel with visitation one hour before service.
